From clean to lead on 3 channels

The 3-channel structure of the 5150IIIS 50W EL34 Head offers a quite flexible sound and satisfies every wish from clear cleans to shocking high gain sound. The revised Channel 1 forms the basis for clean sounds and delivers an even clearer sound image with organic compression, while Channels 2 and 3 benefit from the immense gain reserves of the 12AX7 septet and the saturating character of the EL34 tubes, providing a wide range of crunch and lead sounds.

For Channel 1 and Channel 2, individual volume and gain controls are available on concentric double-deck potentiometers, while they share the 3-band equalization. Channel 3, on the other hand, has its own volume, gain and tone controls. Of course, presence and resonance controls are available for shaping the high- and low-end frequency range in the power amplifier.
