This 6.3 mm jack adapter is designed for headphones with an M5 thread and can be screwed onto a 3.5 mm jack.
Now with smaller adapter thread
To enable headphones with a mini-jack (3.5 mm) to connect to mobile devices with protective covers, the beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO and DT 990 PRO models now use an M5 thread instead of the previous M8 thread.
