Classic semi-acoustic construction

When designing the Duesenberg Starplayer TV Phonic Venetian White, Duesenberg uses classic ingredients for a semi-acoustic electric guitar. The laminated maple body is finished with a laminated spruce top, while a solid centre block prevents feedback, and with its"D" profile the glued maple neck lies comfortably in the hand, so that each note can be loosely played between 22 jumbo frets of the rosewood fingerboard.

Duesenberg Starplayer TV Phonic: Versatile sounds with "Phonico" pickups

The pickups of the Duesenberg Starplayer TC Phonic are hidden under the eponymous "Phonico"-caps, which bring a breath of fresh air into the traditional pickup production with their independent optics. The proven Duesenberg Grand Vintage Humbucker for warm vintage sounds of the highest quality sits at the jetty, while the P-90 Domino brings every tone to life on the neck of a lively liveliness. Via the 4-way rotary switch the pickups can be selected individually, together or in combination with the Duesenberg filter circuit.

Duesenberg hardware for uncompromising functionality

The Duesenberg Starplayer TV Phonic Venetian White is completed by high-quality hardware from our own production, which convinces with the well-known uncompromising functionality. Accordingly, the Duesenberg Radiator Tremolo serves as tailpiece on the body, which invites you to play with shimmering vibratos with its butter-soft handling and high tuning stability. From here the strings are led over the Duesenberg Steel Saddle Bridge before they find a stop at the precise Duesenberg Z tuners after 25.5" scale length (648 mm).
