Optimized control for audio productions

The P1-X DAW Control Expander is designed to expand digital audio workstations to up to 64 channels - depending on the supported extenders of the respective DAW. Equipped with eight touch-sensitive, motorized faders with 12-bit resolution and eight multifunctional rotary knobs, the device enables detailed control of a wide range of parameters. Illuminated function buttons for mute, solo, record and channel selection support a fast workflow.

Support for Mackie Control and HUI protocols ensures seamless integration with popular music production software such as Cubase, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Studio One, FL Studio and many more.

OLED display for a clear channel overview

The included D4 display is magnetically attached and provides a clear overview of track names, pan settings and other parameters. A two-line LED display shows either the timecode in SMPTE format or the position in beat clock format (bars:beats:ticks) - ideal for editing automations, plug-ins and equalizers.

Robust construction and modern technology

The housing of the P1-X is made of sturdy metal and is equipped with a Kensington lock connection. A powerful ARM chip with 500 MHz ensures reliable performance. The connection is made via a USB-C port, which can also be used to perform firmware updates using the iMap™ software.
