Robert Godin founded the Seagull Guitar company already in 1982 and it is still a big concern to him to produce high quality guitars with a great sound affordable. The Seagull S 6 was the first in a long line of Seagull guitars to achieve these goals through innovative design, quality and sound. Today, the S 6 is a classic and in this price range in terms of voluminous sound unsurpassed.

Accordingly, it Dreadnought comes with a solid, well-selected cedarwood top on a body of Canadian wildkrische and provides warm and powerful basses, nuanced and vocal mids, as well as brilliant highs and is therefore ideal for a powerful vocal accompaniment with strumming and flatpicking.

All the tonewoods used in the Seagull S 6 come from sustainable Canadian forestry and are treated with a wafer-thin Semi-Gloss patina finish. In addition, the compensated bridge inla Graph Tech TUSQ y ensures clean intonation and flat string position, while the chrome die-cast mechanics keep the tuning clean.

With a saddle width of 46 mm, even larger fingers have room on the fingerboard.
