The RP-8000 MK2 is a direct-drive hybrid DJ turntable with MIDI-compatible control section. The club-ready vinyl player is designed for smooth performance with Serato DJ Pro and creates the prerequisite to operate up to 7 performance modes via the pad section. On top of that, the unique Platter Play mode offers the ability to control the speed of the turntable using pads to create melodies.
Other features of the advanced RP-8000 MK2 turntables include a powerful motor with extensive adjustment capabilities, a statically balanced S tonearm with newly developed tonearm base, a high-resolution pitch section with digital fader, real-time LCD display, reverse function, Smart USB port, high-quality connections including additional output, and an indestructible and robust cabinet construction. The RP-8000 MK2 is a seamless combination of first-class professional DJ turntable and innovative musical instrument.
NEW in the MK2 version:
- Designed for Serato DJ Pro: Control 7 new RGB color-coded performance modes.
- Platter Play: In this mode, the performance pads can be used to control the speed of the turntable for melodic live performances
- Extra large, highly responsive performance pads with multi-color LEDs
- 22 scales available with the option to create up to 9 custom scales
- Pitch bending function via the two speed selector buttons in Platter Play mode
