The Tascam US-4x4HR USB Audio Interface is a compact, portable and cost-effective Audio Interface with 4x Microphone/Line Connections, of which Channels 1 & 2 can be switched separately to Instrument Input. The Balanced Jack Outputs can be connected to professional monitors as well as, with an appropriate Adaptor Cable, to Stereo Systems or DJ sets. The built-in Pre-Amps provide enough clean Pre-Amplification for most commercially available Microphones as well as +48V Phantom Power for Condenser Mics.

The US-4x4HR can be used with Mac and Windows Computers as well as iOS Mobile Devices and, thanks to the latest Drivers, achieves Peak Latencies of a minimum of 4ms. This feature, together with the Loopback Function*, predestines it for use in Streaming and Video Telephony, but also provides excellent services for classic Multi-Track Recording, as the Speaker or Musician no longer has to worry about Signal Delay - an appropriate Software Set-Up is, of course, a prerequisite.

This Tascam US-4x4HR Interface also comes with an interesting Software Package: Cubase LE is a DAW and, despite minimal features, allows Audio to be Recorded in a Professional Environment. SampleTank 4 SE by IK Multimedia can be loaded into it as a Plug-In and contains a selection of various Samples that complement the Factory Sounds of Cubase well and invite you to make creative Music. They already sound more than decent and provide convincing results. On top of that, there is a 3-Month Licence of the full version of Antares Auto-Tune, so that the user can fully enjoy the most widely used Pitch Correction Software in the world for this time.
