The EBX sound library expansion from Toontrack gives heavy metal fans authentic and convincing bass sounds with the typical pressure, aggression and energy of the genre. A modern bass has been sampled with various playing styles such as finger-picking, pickup, ghost notes, taps, etc., giving the user the greatest possible flexibility to integrate the Library into their projects. Inspired by Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Pantera etc., the EBX expansion also includes a wide range of presets for different heavy metal sounds. Whether these are simply for inspiration, or to quickly achieve the optimum sound when production deadlines are tight, Heavy Metal EBX sounds impressive when played via MIDI keyboard at any time and without much effort.

Also handy is the unprocessed DI signal, which is optionally available for external processing.

As with every other Toontrack library, there is an extensive MIDI library in the player's browser, so you can easily select and play bass patterns that are typical for the genre and presented in different styles, and also change them to your taste.
