The ESP Eclipse Custom Black Satin electric guitar is characterized by the famous modernized EC design of traditional singlecut models, which ensures both its unique look and its incomparable playability. This is implemented using particularly high-quality mahogany wood as the base for the body and a curved top made of solid maple and finished with a tasteful multi-ply binding. Naturally, the neck made of Honduran mahogany has a classic Thin U neck profile to offer modern players with high demands on their own instrument a welcome basis for implementing the most delicate playing techniques.

Active EMG JH "HET" set

For the pickup equipment of this premium model, the ESP Custom store in Japan relies on an EMG JH "HET" set designed by none other than Metallica frontman James Hetfield. Consisting of two active humbuckers, the Set reflects the brute yet accomplished sound that has left its mark on numerous Metallica albums like no other pickup. The two humbuckers with elegant brushed chrome covers are selected via a classic 3-way toggle switch and have separate volume controls and a common treble control. The battery compartment on the back is particularly practical, allowing the batteries to be changed quickly if necessary.
