Time-tested construction
Two Squier single coil pickups in neck and bridge position deliver the "tele twang" typical of this classic electric guitar. A 3-way switch and Master Volume and Tone controls allow the pickups to be adjusted as desired, which can also make the Squier Sonic Series Telecaster IL in California Blue sound warm and mellow. The Laurel fingerboard with a radius of 9.5" is easy to play over 21 frets and in typical Fender fashion is quad-bolted into the poplar body and features skunk stripe and neckplate. Furthermore, this icon among electric guitars is equipped with sealed cast tuners and a 6-saddle Top Load Tele bridge for a robust pitch.
