The UDO Audio RBN-1C in detail

The RBN-1C from UDO Audio is a Eurorack interface for the RBN-1 Performance Ribbon Controller that converts actions on the controller into control voltages. The module, which was specially developed for the RBN-1, is capable of evaluating two-handed playing, e.g. controlling the pitch of an oscillator with the left hand and the modulation of a filter with the right hand using different voltages. The voltage range is scalable and the sampling behavior can be switched between relative and absolute. The hold function remembers the last finger position held on the controller. The integrated CV looper records the actions on the controller for a few seconds and plays them back in an endless loop. Playback of the recorded voltages can also be triggered via trigger/gate.
