The Kemper Profiler Stage is Kemper's response to the wishes of countless guitarists. It combines the revolutionary Kemper Profiling technology with the functionality of the Kemper Remote in a practical floorboard that promises first-class sound experiences both on stage and in the recording studio. In addition to the possibility of creating your own profiles and access to an extensive pool of first-class profiles, the Kemper Profiling Floorboard provides an extensive effects library of the highest quality. As an additional extra, Kemper also provides the Floor Modeler with an integrated loop recorder, which is controlled by its own foot switch. Furthermore, the brightly illuminated LC display of the Kemper Profiler Stage ensures convenient operation on the darkest stages as well as in open-air settings with direct sunlight, while the familiar extensive connection equipment completes the revolutionary Floorboard.
Make a profile of your own amp with Kemper
Just like the classic head and rack versions of the Kemper Profiling Amplifier, the Kemper Profiler Stage allows you to conveniently create your own profiles that digitally represent the amp you are using and are authentic down to its smallest details. To do this, the required microphone is connected to the "Return1" socket on the stereo returns, while the "Send 1" socket sends the measurement sounds to the input of the amplifier via a classic instrument cable. It is possible to create both Kemper profiles for electric guitar and bass, making it universally applicable.
Extensive FX library and looper
The Kemper Amp Profiler Stage provides an extensive effects library that leaves no sound wish unfulfilled. The convenient Tap Tempo function allows you to easily adjust modulation speed or delay time with your foot. Furthermore two stereo FX loops are provided for integrating your own effect pedals into the signal path. A special feature of the Kemper is the parameter morphs, which seamlessly cross-fade between two "rigs" with completely different parameters and thus support expressive electric guitar playing with a lot of power. The built-in looper of the Kemper Profiler Stage can be accessed directly via separately arranged footswitches, while the integrated tuner allows precise tuning of your guitar or bass.
The Kemper Profiler Stage features a wide range of connections
As a modeling floorboard for recording studio and stage, the KPA is equipped with extensive connection options. Accordingly, the full-range main-out outputs the stereo signal either balanced or unbalanced, so that nothing stands in the way of direct recording or connection to the FOH mixer. Stereo monitor connections and digital S/PDIF jacks provide additional options. In addition to four connectors for optional expression pedals or foot switches, the Profiler Stage is equipped with two MIDI jacks. Last but not least, the USB port allows for easy firmware updates and profile management using the Kemper Rig Manager software.
