The Eventide BlackHole Reverb (Licence) is a Reverb Effect Plug-In which goes beyond the boundaries physics allows in standard Reverbs. At more modest settings the BlackHole acts as you may expect, bringing Instruments in and out of focus in a Mix or providing some cohesion of space across an entire track. The BlackHole can be configured to leave reality behind, however, and create spaces that would be impossible in the real world. This means that the BlackHole is extremely versatile, and can be employed as a unique standard Reverb or as more of a special Effect, taking Mixes into intergalactic space and beyond.
