The Two Notes ReVolt Guitar is a three-channel guitar preamp that is ideal for building a handy pedalboard-based rig for sessions and gigs. To achieve particularly natural tones between glassy cleans and juicy high-gain distortion, the ReVolt Guitar relies on analog circuitry with a ECC83 tube. In addition to extensive adjustment options for the guitar sound, the ReVolt Guitar from Two Notes also comes with a variety of connections for integration into live and studio setups.
At the heart of the analog circuitry of Two Notes' ReVolt Guitar Preamp is a high-voltage ECC83 tube that lends clean and overdrive sounds an inimitable warmth and richness of overtones. The guitar pedal's "American Clean" channel more than lives up to its billing, delivering a glassy soundstage for sparkling melodies and finely resolved chords. In the "British Crunch" channel, on the other hand, the pedal delivers an assertive Drive with well-dosed bite in the mids and highs, while "Modern Lead" sets no limits to distortion and creates the perfect foundation for endless solos and tight metal riffing. In addition to a dedicated 2-band EQ for the clean channel, the ReVolt guitar preamp holds a common 3-band tone control for adjusting the two distorted channels.
To give the guitar sound the final touch, Two Notes also equips the ReVolt Guitar with an OD boost that can be assigned to each channel and provides increased gain and volume reserves there. The analog simulation of a 4x12 guitar speaker cabinet of British design also promises a natural sound character when taking off the sound.
Last but not least, Two Notes completes the ReVolt Guitar Preamp with extensive connections that allow seamless integration into live and recording environments. In addition to its classic function of integrating external effects into the signal path, the serial effects loop offers a special operation mode for the four-cable method, and the Preamp for sonic expansion of an existing guitar amp to use. While the balanced XLR output routes the signal to mixers or audio interfaces, the aux-in and headphone jack allow you to play backing tracks and play electric guitar silently. TRS MIDI jacks also allow the ReVolt Guitar to be integrated into complex setups.
