Flexible condenser microphone

The B-1 is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone that is suitable for both studio and live applications. With its 1-inch gold-plated capsule and precise cardioid polar pattern, it provides a detailed and natural sound reproduction while effectively minimizing unwanted noise and feedback.

The combination of a pressure-gradient transducer principle and a shock-mounted capsule ensures particularly clear signal transmission with excellent transient reproduction. An integrated -10 dB pad switch allows loud sound sources to be recorded without distortion, while the switchable low-cut filter reduces low-frequency noise. The low-noise, transformerless FET circuits guarantee precise signal reproduction without unwanted sound coloration.

Thanks to the robust, nickel-plated brass housing, the microphone is not only convincing in terms of sound, but also mechanically resistant. The gold-plated 3-pin XLR connection ensures reliable signal transmission. The scope of delivery includes a spider for vibration-free mounting, a windscreen and an aluminum case for safe transport and storage.
