D'Addario presents with the Venn re eds a new level of high-quality synthetic reeds that convince in durability and sound. The blanks of the Venn reeds are produced from resin, natural cane material and polymer fibers. This results in a reed with a natural sound and the familiar playing feel is maintained. A proportion of resin makes the Venn reed very resistant, so it lasts much longer than a conventional reed. The sound of Venn reeds is balanced and warm.
