Accordingly, the four-string has a basswood body with an offset shape that provides optimum balance both on the strap and on the thigh. The six-piece bolt-on maple neck with its flat "C" profile and 37 mm nut width also sits comfortably in the hand, so that every groove comes out of the fingers with ease on the 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
