The mahogany neck, with its 1959 Rounded Medium C profile and Long Neck Tenon, provides excellent sustain and stability. A rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets and trapezoid inlays completes the vintage aesthetic. Authentic tone is delivered by Epiphone's ProBucker humbuckers the ProBucker 1 at the neck and the ProBucker 2 at the bridge paired with CTS potentiometers and the traditional 50s-style wiring.
