Series III Digital Rack Mixer / AVB Stagebox
With the StudioLive 24R, Presonus offers a fully programmable 24-channel rack mixer that can also be used as an AVB stagebox for the StudioLive Series III consoles. The StudioLive 24R Series III rack mixer is the perfect complement to a StudioLive Series III console / recorder and can be used as a simple stagebox or a combination of stagebox and monitor mixer. Because Series III rack mixers and consoles can be networked via AVB, StudioLive 24R can be easily connected to a Series III front of house console using a CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cable.
The StudioLive 24R can operate in two modes: 1. stagebox mode (the rack mixer serves as a pure input/output unit, operation is completely via the Series III console) or 2. split mode (FOH sound via the Series III console, monitor mix via the rack mixer).
The following comprehensive software package is included in the scope of delivery:
- UC Surface" control software for OS X, Windows, iPad, Android tablet
- Free monitor app "QMix-UC" for iPhone, iPod Touch and Android smartphones
- Capture" recording software
- DAW-Software "Studio One 3 Artist" and "Studio Magic" Plugin-Suite (for download)
Features as a rack mixer:
- operable via Mac, PC, Windows 8/10 touch screens, iPad and Android Tablets (wireless control requires WLAN router)
- Control elements can be distributed on up to four (!) iPads, for example
- full fat channel power of StudioLive Series III consoles
- built-in SD card recorder for stereo recordings and as a player
- onboard USB audio interface (24R, 32R: 40x40 or 16R: 18x18)
- perfectly integrated into DAW Studio One 3
