The extensive dreadnought body is responsible for an assertive sound. This very traditional design produces transparent midrange and warm bass frequencies, making the Redhill D-1 BK perfect for vocal accompaniment and practice. The laminated basswood and an X-bracing additionally ensure an extremely fast response. At the same time, the round mahogany neck with a composite fingerboard guarantees a comfortable grip of the 6 steel strings.
To ensure clean intonation over the entire 650 mm scale length, the 43 mm wide nut and bridge inlay are made of high-quality Nubone. Especially beginner-friendly are the smooth-running die-cast tuners with chrome hardware, which allow precise tuning of the strings. Visually, the instrument is rounded off with cream-coloured ABS bindings on the body and fretboard, which clearly separate the individual parts of the guitar from each other.
