Yamaha FG5 Natural Overview

With the all-solid Japanese-made Yamaha FG5 Natural Dreadnought from the Red Label series, Yamaha combines traditional 60s aesthetics with modern and innovative features. Accordingly, a new scalloped bracing in combination with a thermally treated Sitka spruce top on a body mahogany body for a warm, powerful sound with warm basses, nuanced and distinctive mids and brilliant and radiant trebles. In addition, the thermal Acoustic Resonance Enhancement (A.R.E.) treatment conveys the sound and sustain of aged wood.
