With the SansAmp XB Driver, Tech21 combines the best features of their popular SansAmp pedals for bassists into one unit. The pedal incorporates the technology of the Bass Driver DI, the Para Driver DI, the Q\Strip, and the dUg Pinnick Ultra Bass, making the SansAmp XB Driver a powerful all-round tool for both studio and stage. It features a fully analog circuit and offers two channels with 15 controls for intuitive operation. The Clean and Drive channels can be adjusted independently using a 3-band EQ, while the bi-amp mode, activated by a separate footswitch, blends both channels. A low-pass filter is applied to the clean channel, and the drive channel includes a high-pass filter, allowing the SansAmp XB Driver to deliver solid punch in the low frequencies while creating controlled distortion in the high frequencies. The pedal comes with an 18 V power supply included.
