The Schoeps 138015 Mono Set Colette (CMC6/Mk4) is a Set comprising of components from the Colette Modular System. Colette Series Microphones produce a very linear Frequency Response with low Distortion, an exemplary suppression of noise in the Microphone line/above 20kHz, and a stable directivity over the entire Frequency Range. Quite apart from this, there is of course the transparent, natural sound that has made this combination a reference standard for years in professional recording of Speech and Acoustic Instruments in the field of Classical Music and Television. The Mk4 Capsule is just as convincing as a main Microphone in Stereo set-ups at XY, ORTF or as a mid-range Microphone in an M/S set-up as it is in near-field Mic placement, for example with an Acoustic Guitar, or as a supporting Microphone in an Orchestra.

This Set is compatible with the Pre-Amplifiers and Capsules of the Schoeps Colette Series and can be expanded with optional Accessories. These include screw-on Pads (at -10 and -20dB), an active High-Pass Filter and various intermediate Cables for inconspicuous mounting or for direct operation with some third-party Wireless Systems.

Every customer who chooses this product will receive a 10 year warranty after registration on the manufacturer's website. Without registration, the guarantee remains two years. The warranty applies to all Mk capsules, CMC Amplifiers and Microphones (e.g. CMIT series, CCM, CMH) purchased from the since September 1, 2019. It is not transferable, should the product be resold within 10 years, and is therefore only valid for the first end customer.
