Roland 's V-02HD MK2 is a compact and powerful streaming switcher. Compact, affordable, and easy to use, the desktop device lets you connect and switch two sources via HDMI, including cameras, computers, mobile devices, and game consoles, and then stream them directly to any streaming platform via USB-C. Furthermore, audio sources can be mixed on standalone and HDMI inputs, video effects and transitions can be integrated, and more. The V-02HD MK II provides the interface to take live video production to a new level of quality.

Sound upgrade included

The model features an integrated 10-channel digital audio mixer with renowned Roland sound quality. There are two audio inputs on 3.5mm jack basis for connecting one microphone each, including lavalier microphones with plug-in power, or for stereo audio signals from a smartphone, mixer and other devices. Furthermore, embedded stereo audio signals from HDMI sources can be processed.

This includes microphones connected to cameras.

Switching with your feet

During demo presentations or performances during a livestream, you usually need your hands for other tasks. That's why the V-02HD MK II supports control via up to two optional BOSS footswitches, and keeps livestreams in check without interrupting your performance. Use the footswitch to change camera angles, switch to a still image, activate transitions, include a picture-in-picture window, and more.

Professional AV functions for advanced setups

The V-02HD MK II has the most important controllers and functions for switching cameras live and adjusting video and audio sources. For those who want to dive deeper, there are also a variety of advanced functions and individual assignments. By connecting an HDMI monitor via the preview output, a screen can be connected to control a variety of functions from the V-02HD MK II's user interface.

In addition, remote control apps for iPad, macOS and Windows* are available to operate the V-02HD MK II via an intuitive graphical interface.

Wireless camera expansion with the AeroCaster Switcher

With the purchase of a Roland V-02HD MK II, you get free access to Roland AeroCaster Switcher for iPad - a powerful solution for expanding your camera setup without having to pull more cables. The unique app allows you to wirelessly connect and switch up to five smartphone or tablet cameras. In a second step, these can be transferred in a combined program feed to the V-02HD MK II or any other compatible Roland Switcher with HDMI input.
