The Jackson American Series Soloist SL2 DX Snow White channels its Southern California roots, delivering everything a true Soloist should represent: uncompromising playability, standout aesthetics, and top-tier tone. With proven ergonomic contours and premium components from trusted brands, the American Series Soloist SL2 DX is built for professional use on stage, in the studio, or in the rehearsal room. A Jackson Foam Core Case is included.
A defining feature of the iconic Jackson Soloist is its through-body Speed Neck, running from the 6-in-line headstock to the rear strap button. On the SL2 DX, this neck is crafted from three pieces of maple for added stability. Topping it is a sleek ebony fingerboard fitted with 24 jumbo stainless steel frets and a compound radius that transitions from 12 inches to 16 inches, ensuring optimal playability across the entire neck. Completing the construction are two alder body wings finished in a striking Snow White gloss.
At the heart of its tone, the Soloist SL2 DX features a classic pickup pairing beloved by hard rock and metal players: a Seymour Duncan SH-1 '59 humbucker in the neck position and a TB-4 JB trembucker at the bridge. The JB delivers a powerful, articulate sound with plenty of output, perfect for driving riffs and soaring leads. Meanwhile, the '59 brings warmth and depth to clean passages and sustained solos. Both pickups are made in the USA and controlled via a five-way selector switch, along with shared master volume and tone knobs.
