WMD MSCL Compressor Overview:

WMD's MSCL is a stereo analog compressor only 4HP slim, in the style of the DBX "Over Easy" compressors. The compressor does what almost every compressor does: drums get more punch and thrust, basslines stand out more, and difficult levels become more controllable. Thanks to fast response times, the MSCL is excellent for percussive material. The sidechain input allows the compression and rhythmic incorporation of sound collages or basslines by means of a supplied kick drum (ducking). The selected parameterization corresponds to many compressors from the studio area. With Compress, Threshold, Attack, Release, MakeUp Gain and Limit the MSCL is well-equipped.
