Eurorack compatible version

TipTop Audio in cooperation with Buchla has realized a completely Eurorack compatible version of the double analog oscillator. The sound character of the dual oscillator lies between organic and analytical and is definitely a classic of its guild. Each of the two tone generators has a wide frequency range from 5 Hz to 20 kHz, 1V/Oct tracking input for tonal play, two FM inputs one of which is bipolar and a control voltage input for waveshaping. The oscillators are clearly distinguished by the waveforms generated due to waveshaping: the upper one can smoothly fade from sine to sawtooth while the lower one can smoothly fade from sine to square. This animated with control voltages is a guarantee for sounds beyond the known pulse width modulation and just typical for Buchla. If you patch one of the outputs of one oscillator into the FM input of the other, you get FM sounds that only Buchla and all its adaptations know and appreciate.
