The Tech21 SansAmp Bass Driver DI V2 is a bass preamp/DI box with controls including Presence, Drive, Level, Blend, Mid, Bass and Treble, and dimensions of 4.75" x 3.75" x 2". The Tech21 SansAmp Bassdriver DI has been available on most bass pedalboards for more than 25 years and is an all-rounder for stage, studio and pro space.

With the SansAmp Bassdriver DI V2, the preamp/DI box is particularly toned and flexible and is now also compatible with 5- and 6-string basses. The mid-controller is used to control the mids on two different frequencies (500Hz or 1kHz), the same as for the bass range as a low end control (40Hz or 80Hz selectable). The Bassdriver offers the possibility of phantom power including GroundConnect switches.
