Apple Music now available in rekordbox and the DJ systems OMNIS-DUO and XDJ-AZ

rekordbox and the all-in-one DJ systems OMNIS-DUO and XDJ-AZ now support Apple Music. This enables direct access to over 100 million songs and thousands of curated playlists - ideal for creative DJ sets. The connection is established via the internet, with no need for additional steps. Current club hits, timeless classics, or personal favourites can be seamlessly integrated into any set. The new AlphaTheta DJ Mix Curator Page on Apple Music also offers exclusive mixes and playlists, along with unmixed versions for personal remixing. With the update released on 25 March 2025 (rekordbox 7.1.0 / iOS 4.4.0, firmware 1.21 for OMNIS-DUO & XDJ-AZ), new features are now available - including visual search aids, track recommendations, and collaborative playlist creation. StreamingDirectPlay allows tracks from Apple Music to be loaded directly onto compatible hardware - complete with BPM analysis and waveform display, even without a rekordbox subscription. Thanks to rekordbox Cloud Library Sync, music libraries remain up to date across all devices.
