Sonnox offers the Oxford Fraunhofer Pro-Codec, a unique plug-in for previewing and comparing audio material in different codecs. Up to 5 codecs can be called at the same time and switched on as required as well as compared via the analyzer. These include MP3, Apple AAC iTunes+ (Mac only) AAC-LC, HE-AAC, MPEG Surround, AAC-LC & HE-AAC multichannel and HD-AAC. Also on board are functions for batch processing, metadata editing, an ABX mode for blind statistical tests and DIFF monitoring.
