Toontracks Death Metal EZX is a (approx.) 3.3 GB, flexible and efficient sound library extension for the popular EZdrummer 2 and Superior Drummer 3 software. The focus here is specifically on the death metal and metal genre, while the sound-optimized samples and mix-ready presets are ready for immediate use and sound professional "right out or the box". On board are two complete drum sets with five snare drums, four kicks, ten toms, crashes/splashes, two hi-hats and nine cymbals - enough to find the perfect sound constellation for modern and contemporary music productions.

The samples were recorded by legendary drummer Sean Reinert (Death, Cynic), while Mark Lewis (Cannibal Corpse, Whitechapel, The Black Dahlia Murder) took care of the recording at Sonic Ranch Studios in Texas/USA. The sets represent two very different approaches to the sharp, crystal-clear and transparent, punchy sound that knows how to assert itself perfectly against aggressive walls of guitars in any production.

On top of that, there's the typical Toontrack selection of MIDI grooves and fills, recorded by Dave McGraw (Cattle Decapitation), so that you can benefit from professional playing techniques and integrate them into your style.
