DAS Audio 's VANTEC-18A model is an active subwoofer designed to provide bass support for the VANTEC series full-range system. A Class D amplifier with 2,000 W peak power feeds a long-throw DAS-18LX driver with 4" voice coil for excellent load capacity and sound pressure.

The subwoofer has two balanced inputs with filtered outputs for VANTEC satellite systems. The crossover operates variably between 80 and 125 Hz and can be deactivated for neutral loop-through. With the help of a gain control, a switchable phase inversion, the user gets improved control possibilities over the system. It has a 35 mm tripod mount attachment for satellite systems.

VANTEC Series
