PRS DGT 15 Head guitar amplifier

After decades of success with his DGT signature electric guitar and the PRS DG Custom 30 Head, sought-after session guitarist David Grissom now has an amplifier head in a compact format tailored to his personal sound requirements in the form of the PRS DGT 15 Head. The all-tube head draws 15 watts of power from its two EL84 power amp tubes, while three 12AX7 tubes and a 12AT7 provide creamy overdrive sounds in the preamp stage. Developed in close collaboration with PRS Senior Amp Designer Doug Sewell, the DGT 15 features an integrated tremolo effect which, in combination with the reverb also on board, provides charming vintage sounds. If a little more power is required, players can use the switchable boost function, which can be switched together or independently of the bright mode and the master switch.
