What is new about Roland Acoustic Drum Trigger RT-30HR?

First of all, the robust fibreglass housing of the RT-30HR triggers has been shortened by about 10 mm compared to their predecessors, which means that they no longer protrude so far into the playing zone of the drumhead and leave more room for playing. Thanks to the new mounting system, the Roland triggers can be mounted on any drum in just a few steps. Even tension hoops that are bent inwards are no problem for the RT-30HR snare and RT-30H tom triggers. The RT-30K Kick Trigger with Protective Grip Technology protects the bass drum hoop from damage. The trigger output is located on the side of the cabinet, which significantly improves cable handling.

With which sound modules can I use the RT-30HR triggers?

The triggers are of course compatible with all Roland drum and percussion products such as the V-Drums modules, the percussion pads (SPD series) and the TM-2 trigger module. They can also be used with all common sound modules and trigger-to-MIDI converters from other manufacturers.
