The body with Ortega top, back and sides is made of laminated mahogany for a warm, powerful sound, while the fretless Pau Ferro fingerboard and the Aquila Thundergut strings support the contrabass sound development. The not too slim mahogany neck with a saddle width of 45 mm also offers comfortable playing characteristics and space for almost any playing technique. Last but not least, the Ortega Lizzy-Pro Longscale Bassukulele features the Ortega MagusUke Bass pickup system, which transmits the sound of the ukulele to the amplifier with natural dynamics and character.
