Catalpa and spruce body

Ortega Guitars uses a combination of exotic and classical tone woods for the body of the Ortega RST5MBK. While the top of the 4/4 concert guitar is made of spruce, the back and sides are made of Catalpa, which impresses with its excellent sound characteristics. The classical guitar has a particularly brilliant sound with a lively response.

Ergonomic neck, harmonious hardware

For the neck of the Ortega RST5MBK, Ortega uses classic mahogany with a sonokeling fretboard. The ergonomic profile in combination with the flawless fretboard and the wide fretboard allows an extremely soft playability with a clean fingering. In addition, the Ortega RST5MBK is equipped with high-quality mechanics in nickel look, which promise high tuning stability and long lasting playing pleasure.
