Versatile MIDI control with direct access
The Launch Control XL 3 from Novation is a MIDI controller specifically designed for seamless control of DAWs, plug-ins and external hardware. Equipped with eight 60 mm faders, 24 endless knobs with RGB LEDs and 16 freely assignable buttons, it offers comprehensive control over all parameters in the music production workflow. The control panel is complemented by dedicated transport buttons for play, stop and record as well as a razor-sharp OLED display that provides important parameter information in real time.
Flexible operation - with or without a computer
The Hardware was designed for maximum flexibility. Thanks to the five-pin MIDI connections (In, Out, Out2/Thru), the controller can also be operated without a computer and enables direct control of synthesizers, drum machines or effects. Up to 15 user-defined modes can be created using the included Novation "Components" software, making complex setups clear and efficient to control.
The Launch Control XL 3 works seamlessly out of the box with leading digital audio workstations such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio and Cubase . The integration is driverless thanks to Class Compliant technology, which also makes it easy to use with iOS devices. The intuitive control surface and solid build quality make the device an ideal solution for studio applications, live performances and modular setups alike.
The scope of delivery includes a comprehensive software package with Ableton Live 12 Lite as well as high-quality effects and plug-ins from Klevgrand, Baby Audio and Output. Combining tactile ease of use, deep customizability and broad compatibility, the Launch Control XL 3 provides a powerful control center for creative productions.
