Dual VCA from Apollo View Modular

The Curiouser from Apollo View Modular is a dual VCA and input expander for Rabbit Hole. In standalone mode, the module fulfills the classic tasks of a dual VCA. The inputs are primarily designed for audio signals, control voltages are also processed. Due to the OTA circuit, the Curiouser can be attested a beautiful Vintage sound with a musical overdrive behavior. Both VCAs are designed in such a way that they can be used independently; if there is no cable in Out 1, it is normalized to Out 2, which saves an additional mixer in some patches. Curiouser is connected to the Rabbit Hole with a ribbon cable; each VCA can be individually switched into the Rabbit Hole's signal path via the RH/Out toggle switch. As several Curiousers can be daisy-chained, the tube distortion can be expanded in pairs to any number of inputs. The user is free to decide whether each individual VCA is used "only" as a saturating input stage or with voltage-controlled level control.
