Telefunken TDP-2 Overview

The Telefunken TDP-2 is a first-class, passive stereo D.I. speaker from which you can always expect high-quality sound - whether on stage or in the studio during recording. This is due to the carefully selected and installed components, such as OEP/Carnhill transformers, which deliver a rich, warm tone with atmosphere and character to match the sound of your instruments. In addition, the circuit boards are 100% hand-assembled using only through-hole components, which provide a more secure and reliable connection than surface-mounted components. The traces are all gold-plated to ensure maximum conductivity over the entire service life, while the high input impedance does not stress passive pickups. The frequency response of the circuit is ± 2dB from 10 Hz to 40 kHz with extremely low distortion and self-noise.
