The Shure HA-8091 Helix Dome Antenna provides uninterrupted wireless transmission for multiple radio systems across the UHF range from 460 to 900 MHz.

The special feature of the antenna is that the Helix Dome antenna is equipped with the latest technology of the new generations, which achieves uninterrupted signal, higher range and more reliability.

The difference to conventional rod antennas

Conventional rod antennas for attachment, which emit and receive the radio signal polarized in one direction, can cause the polarization to shift with every movement of the radio system and thereby cause slight radio emissions.

Unlike standard music antennas, Shure's helical antenna has circular polarization that greatly reduces the risk of radio dropouts. With the HA-8091, the polarization of the radio signal rotates 360°, eliminating the polarization effect of rod antennas.

Thus the radio system provides interference-free reception for musicians, singers and bands at large events. Above all, it allows them the freedom to move freely on the stage of a concert over a larger area without obstacles.
