The Roland VAD507 V-Drums Acoustic Design Kit is a high-quality electric drum set equipped with wooden shells, digital pads and the TD-27 sound module. The module has 728 internal sounds and 100 drum kits stored. The module's sound engine is based on Roland's TD-50. Additionally, up to 500 user samples can be inserted. There are 64 MB of internal memory available. With the Prismatic Sound Modeling function, every instrument sounds lifelike and natural. The TD-27 supports Roland digital pads, so high-resolution multi-sensor triggering is possible on the hi-hat, snare and ride pads. The Roland TD-27 features a Bluetooth interface, which can be used to stream directly from the smartphone to the module. The Roland VAD504 features a 14'' snare, a 10'' and 12 "rack tom, a 14" floor tom and a 20'' bass drum for a natural feel. The shells are made of wood and come with mesh heads. They enhance the authentic acoustic feeling while playing.
Sound Engine with Prismatic Sound Modeling
The Roland TD-27 2.0 offers professional features and an intuitive control structure right on the set. The Prismatic Sound Modeling function was taken from the best Roland electric drum set, the flagship TD-50KV, making every instrument sound lifelike and natural. The Roland VAD507 supports all existing Roland digital pads, enabling high-resolution multi-sensor triggering on the hi-hat, snare and ride pads. Up to 500 custom WAV samples (24 minutes mono/12 minutes stereo) can be loaded into the module via an SD card. Additionally, thanks to PureAcoustic Ambience technology, the room can be digitally altered, and an overhead microphone simulator and studio-quality effects are available for editing drum sounds at Set.

The proven multi-layered and tension-adjustable Roland Mesh Heads contribute a crucial part to the authentic playing feel. In addition, the hit rebound can be adjusted to your personal playing style. With every kick into the bass drum, the air in the drum is set in motion, the air pressure thus generated brings authentic resistance and is indistinguishable from an acoustic bass drum. The shells of the Roland VAD507 V-Drums Acoustic Design Kit have the inspiring feel of a high-end acoustic kit. Each drum features excellent sensors to ensure a natural response and high-quality feel. For maximum stability, each of the included stands is double-braced for quick and easy adjustment.
Simon Phillips & Marco Minnemann Sound Pack with exclusive sounds for customers
As an exclusive extra for customers, we offer the Roland V-Drum Set including an extra sound pack on SD card with high-quality drum samples, created and recorded by Toto drummer Simon Phillips himself. The high-resolution samples offer enormous dynamics and cannot be beaten in sound quality and expressiveness. With these features, the Simon Phillips samples are a great addition to the internal sounds and enrich the sound range of the TD-50X module. The other sounds on the included SD card are an exclusive sound package of the German exceptional drummer Marco Minnemann, who now works as a musician in Los Angeles. Still in Europe, Marco Minnemann played with Paul Gilbert, Udo Lindenberg, Paddy Kelly, Terry Bozzio, Chad Wackerman, Wolfgang Schmid, Kreator, Mike Keneally and Nena. In the USA followed bands like "The Aristocrats", tours with Steve Wilson and Joe Satriani or the project "The Mute Gods" of Nick Beggs, bassist and singer of the group "Kajagoogoo".
