Fire by Flame eight-voice polyphonic drum and percussion synthesizer with various synthesis algorithms. The name is well chosen because the powerful sounds from this module really make fire in the club or at the Live jam. The module uses the digital synthesis algorithms FM, VA and Wavetable. This allows not only an amazing range of drum sounds but also classic synthesizer sounds that can be played as monophonic bassline respectively synthvoice.

During the development of Fire, special attention was paid to direct and simple operability in live operation. The large Display with encoder and the eight knobs contribute decisively to this. Fire is played without the expander via MIDI; for this purpose, it has two inputs and additionally sends out the knob movements via MIDI . Thanks to the extensive MIDI implementation, users of a master sequencer will benefit greatly from this module. Two CV inputs can be assigned to any parameter. The eight tracks can be freely assigned to the five audio outputs. Depending on the setup, 1-5 individual outputs are available, you can send everything out in Stereo including panning per instrument or in other combinations.
Practically, Flame has included the Expander X-Fire, which establishes the final connection to the Eurorack world. Eight trigger inputs and another eight velocity/CV inputs are waiting for the input of a Eurorack sequencer. The audio outputs are supplemented by the expander and three more outputs, bringing the total to eight. The main module is 22TE wide, X-Fire needs another 6TE. With the 60cm long ribbon cable, the expander can be placed directly next to a sequencer, while the drum module can be placed two rows further for performance reasons.
