After Later Audio Monocle at a glance

Monocle by After Later Audio is a dual VC polarizer based on the Mutable Instruments Blinds. The module has two attenuators (invertible attenuators), whose excursion is controllable via CV. Such a module is used in complex FM patches, when the modulator VCO should be continuously tilted or a fed envelope should be inverted clockwise with less intensity. When both units are in use and output 1 is not patched, both signals are present at output 2. On the rear side there are connectors to expand one monocle and further monocles (daisy chain!). The sum of all monocles is then on output 2 of the last module in the chain.
