Steps from After Later Audio is a combination of clock source, Burst generator and Random looping Stepped CV generator in a handy Intellijel 1U format. Steps is very useful to create a master clock and generates a stepped random voltage as well as various gate and trigger signals.

The module has several outputs:

• Pulse generates eight triggers in quick succession at each trigger.
• Gate is active while a burst event is high
• EOB output generates a trigger at the end of a burst event
• R.Gate output emits a random Gate during a burst event
• Clock outputs the internal Clock
• Steps output with attenuator. Steps output is held low when there is no burst event.
• Clock inputs replace the internal clock generator; Burst is normalized to Seq however both units can be supplied with different clocks.
• The trigger input allows contextual triggering of the bursts.
