The Sonor AQ2 Studio Bop Set TQZ in Titanium Quartz is a four-piece drum set for advanced drummers or ambitious beginners with 7-ply drum shells made of maple. The small size of the Bop Kit makes it suitable for every conceivable situation; whether in the rehearsal room, on stage or in the closet. The drums are made by Sonor and are manufactured according to the proven CLTF principle, i.e. the wood layers are cross-glued at a 90° angle. The lugs of the AQ2 series from Sonor are all equipped with the TuneSafe system for constant tuning. The bearing edges of the shell are 45°, thus creating an exact head support and a focused tone. The new Sonor Smart Mount Tom suspension was developed in Germany and ensures low shell contact and unhindered resonance.
