Passive monitor controller
The MoCo from ESI is a completely passive monitor controller with 2 separately adjustable inputs and outputs each. The input signal can be selected via a switch. With the mono function, a downmix of both channels can be created and the signal is muted by mute. In addition, it is possible to switch quickly between the left and right channels using a push-button. The large control in the middle of MoCo controls the listening volume.
Features of the ESI MoCo:
- 2 balanced mono inputs with 6.3mm jack sockets (input A)
- unbalanced RCA inputs (input B)
- unbalanced stereo 3.5mm mini jack input (input B)
- 2 balanced XLR outputs (output A)
- 2 balanced / unbalanced mono outputs with 6.3mm jack sockets (output B)
- unbalanced stereo 3.5mm mini jack output (output B)
- selected high-quality volume potentiometer for passive volume control
- A/B switch for selecting the input signal
- L/R switch to switch left and right audio channels
- independent A and B buttons to switch the corresponding output on or off
- Mono downmix switch (mixes the left and right audio signals together)
- Mute switch to mute the output signal
