Linear headphone playback as the basis

At its heart is SoundID Reference for Headphones: the precise calibration software for over 500 compatible headphone models. Thanks to individual corrections, the frequency response is largely linearized, making mixing decisions more transparent, faster and more reliable. Target curves can be adjusted in real time, while Zero Latency, Mixed and Linear Phase filters ensure the right balance of precision and performance.

Additional functions such as mono check, dry/wet control, safe headroom and the option to control parameters via MIDI round off the professional overall package. An integrated translation check already simulates more than 20 everyday devices - ideal for quick reality checks directly in the workflow.

Virtual monitoring with real studio requirements

The Virtual Monitoring add-on extends this solid basis to an acoustically impressive 3D representation of professional monitoring environments. Instead of just correcting the frequency response, the system simulates the complex spatial output of high-quality near-, mid- and far-field monitors in optimized studios. This makes it possible to assess on headphones how the Mix behaves in real rooms, including depth graduation, phantom center, width and room response.

Ten additional consumer environments are also available, including cars, laptops, smartphones and TV setups. This allows you to immediately hear how resilient your mix sounds on everyday systems without having to change rooms or connect external devices.
