For the construction of the LTD EC-1001 ESP relies on a modern set-thru construction with a mahogany neck that reaches far into the body, which not only supports a sustain-joyful sound, but thanks to the flowing neck foot allows the unhindered gripping of the highest frets. The fast Thin-U-profile invites furthermore to tight riffing and virtuoso solos on the Macassar ebony fingerboard equipped with 24 stainless steel frets and flag inlays. Last but not least, the chic curly maple top on the mahogany body gives the guitar a dignified look.

Fishman Fluence Open Core Pickups and TonePros Hardware

For the pickup of the LTD EC-1001 Tiger Eye, ESP Guitars chooses two Fishman Fluence Open Core Classic Humbuckers that combine traditional looks with innovative technology. Accordingly, besides a traditional vintage humbucker sound, the hotter sound of a modern hot rod pickup and a transparent single-coil are available, so that every sound wish can be realized. Last but not least, precise LTD machine heads and a locking bridge from TonePros complete the ESP LTD EC-1001 Tiger Eye.
