The Erica Synths LXR Drum Module at a glance

The LXR Drum module from Erica Synths is the Eurorack version of the LXR-02 Drum synthesizer from the same company with numerous control voltage inputs. Like the desktop unit, the six-track Eurorack module was created in close collaboration with Sonic Potions. Each of the six tracks can be adjusted in detail with over 30 parameters, covering a wide range of (emulated) analog drums, countless sounds with a hard industrial character and those sounds that are best described as "artifact-rich chaos sounds". Three of the tracks are also ideal for basslines! The synthesis is composed of VA (virtual analog) and FM elements and can be modulated in a complex way. Envelopes, LFOs, Velocity and the five CV inputs can be freely assigned to any destination, which makes for particularly varied and dynamic sounds. In addition, each track has a resonant multimode filter and insert effects such as eg. Bitcrusher or Wavefolder. Higher-level there is a master effects processor that can handle Flanger and Delay , among others. The four audio outputs can be defined as stereo pairs or freely assignable individual outputs.
