The Gretsch USA Custom Snare 14 "x8" Satin Natural is in the direct tradition of the legendary Round Badge series from the 1950s and has embodied the unmistakable "Great Gretsch Sound" for decades. The 6-ply maple/gum shell combines warmth, projection and an exceptionally wide dynamic range - from sensitive ghost notes to powerful rimshots. The classic 30° burr supports the fast attack and ensures balanced sustain.

Inside, the characteristic Silver Sealer seals the shell and contributes significantly to the focused, controlled sound. 4 mm die-cast hoops provide additional precision and rimshot power, while the Lightning lift-off allows for reliable, sensitive tuning. The instrument is rounded off with high-quality Remo or Permatone heads and the elegant satin Natural finish with hand-rubbed nitrocellulose lacquer.
